Position:

Job Summary:

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

Maintain
general ledger
and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.
Handle
Tally entries
for daily transactions.
Prepare and process
GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance
.
Manage
accounts payable and receivable
.
Prepare
financial reports, bank reconciliations, and balance sheets
.
Handle
invoice generation, verification, and processing
.
Assist in
audit preparations and documentation
.

Payroll & Compliance:

Manage
PF, ESI, and payroll processing
.
Ensure compliance with
tax regulations and other statutory requirements
.
Maintain
employee records
for payroll and tax purposes.

Administrative Support:

Oversee
office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination
.
Assist in
inventory management and company asset tracking
.
Support management in
financial planning and budgeting
.

Key Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
1
years in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in
Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software
.
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and handle
administrative tasks effectively
.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in
banking transactions and reconciliation
.
Knowledge of
corporate financial practices and regulations
.
Familiarity with
inventory and procurement management
.
