Inside Sales Executive - International B2B Sales

As an Inside Sales Executive based in Pune, you will be responsible for accelerating customer adoption in India through effective sales engagements and successful Go to Market Strategy. Your primary goal will be new client acquisition, growing business from existing clients through business renewal, and generating qualified leads via referrals, digital media, canvassing, and cold calling. You will also be managing prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring closure with necessary documentation. Additionally, you will act as a customer advocate by providing feedback from partners and enterprise customers for product roadmap enhancement. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of Inside sales experience in a B2B International process, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to think strategically about business and products. Your customer relationship management skills, collaboration abilities, and experience in vertical industry sales and service delivery will be crucial for success. You will be expected to adhere to organizational guidelines and processes, identify patterns for improving productivity across the customer base, and implement solutions accordingly. Qualifications include a degree in Business, Management, or related fields, or equivalent work experience. This is a permanent position with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus. The work mode is WFO with rotational shifts based on UK and US timings. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.
