As an Inside Sales Executive based in Pune with 1-3 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - New Client Acquisition: You will be responsible for accelerating customer adoption in India through well-developed sales engagements and a successful Go to Market Strategy. - Business Renewal: Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients. - Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing, and cold calling. - Closure and Collection: Manage prospects, negotiate and finalize commercials, and take deals to logical closure with the required documentation. - Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate by conveying partner and enterprise customer feedback to influence the product roadmap. - Process Adherence: Ensure execution of your role in alignment with the organization's guidelines and processes. - Building Organization Assets: Identify patterns and implement solutions that can benefit the entire customer base, enhancing productivity through tooling and process improvements. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of Inside sales experience in a B2B International process. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and product. - Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills. - Vertical industry sales and delivery experience of services and solutions.
