The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell life insurance products. This is a target-based role that requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a passion for sales. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch life insurance policies Understand customer needs and suggest suitable policy plans Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly Follow up with interested leads and close sales Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Ensure high customer satisfaction and build strong relationships 📋 Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream) Experience in telesales/insurance sales is an added advantage Freshers with good communication skills are welcome Strong convincing and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge Comfortable working in a target-driven environment 🕐 Shift Timings:Day Shift – Fixed Working Hours 6 Days Working (Sunday Off / Rotational Off) 💰 Salary & Benefits:₹20,000 – ₹27,000/month (Based on experience & location) Attractive Incentives up to ₹50,000/month based on performance Training + Support + Career Growth Opportunities PF / ESIC (As per company policy) 📞 How to Apply:For More Details Interested candidates can share their resume at WhatsApp /Call- HR Rohini 9529340035
