This role requires candidates with excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages and a problem-solving attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via phone calls in a polite and efficient manner Resolve product or service-related issues promptly Maintain accurate call records and customer interaction data Provide information about products, services, or ongoing offers Escalate unresolved issues to the team leader or concerned department Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service 📋 Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream) Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts 🕐 Shift Timing:Rotational Day Shifts (No Night Shift for females) 6 Days Working (1 Weekly Off) 💰 Salary:₹11,000 – ₹14,000/month (depending on experience and location) Performance-based incentives available 📞 How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their resume at WhatsApp /Call- HR-Yash-92099 44985
