Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:

Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for a result-driven and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our high-growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into revenue by offering appropriate healthcare solutions such as BiPAPs, Oxygen Concentrators, Wheelchairs, and Medical Beds.

You must have a proven track record in achieving high sales targets (₹10 Lakhs/month or above), excellent communication skills, and the hunger to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with hot/warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets of ₹10 Lakhs+.
• Consult and guide customers with the right medical equipment based on their needs.
• Use CRM (Zoho) to manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups effectively.
• Coordinate with delivery & support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Upsell accessories, AMC plans, and other value-added services.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience of 2+ years in Inside Sales, preferably in B2C healthcare, insurance, or D2C sectors.
• Must have consistently closed monthly sales worth ₹7–10 Lakhs or more.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and closing techniques.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Excel/Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
