This role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales through phone, email, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to inbound leads and cold prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools. - Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities through discovery conversations. - Present and explain product offerings to potential customers. - Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Maintain detailed records of interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities in the CRM. - Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion. - Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions. - Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Qualifications: - minimum 12th pass or 10th plus 3y diploma or Bachelors degree in related field . - 02 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset. - Comfortable with high outbound activity and structured sales processes.
