Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales professional with 1 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Communicate effectively with customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads.
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities to achieve targets.
Close sales deals and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Hindi, English, Telugu, and Tamil languages.
Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in financial services.
Strong understanding of loan products and gold loan operations.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with banking and loan processing systems is an advantage.
A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
