As a Business Development Executive, your role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. You will engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present product/service solutions. It will be your responsibility to maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details, schedule meetings/demos for senior sales representatives with qualified leads, and follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into opportunities. Additionally, you will support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets and conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business development or sales role - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field The company offers internet reimbursement and Provident Fund benefits.
