Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present product/service solutions.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details.
Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into opportunities.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
