2. To upload extracted Leads, Tenders and MQLs into Zoho CRM and assign it to outbound lead generators
3. To screen (receive and make call) incoming inquiries via phone/whatsapp/email as soon as possible and Nurture it by sharing technical/commercial information.
4. Transferring the leads to sales once it is ascertained that it is an established opportunit
