Inside Sales Executive (Female)

We are seeking a proactive and confident Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination for co-working space enquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to manage customer inquiries.
• Maintain and update leads in CRM software, ensuring all interactions are documented.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide detailed information about company services, pricing, and offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to deliver accurate information.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead management.
• Prepare and share periodic sales reports and lead conversion updates with management.
• Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
