About Company:

EzeRx is a Med-Tech company with a mission to make healthcare an affordable, accessible, and necessary solution for everyone around the globe irrespective of their socio- economic status. It is founded in 2018 and since then it has primarily acted on its mission to promote preventive health care and early diagnosis.

Location: Kolkata

Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media.
Respond to inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions/products.
Maintain and expand a database of prospective clients.
Schedule meetings or product demos for the field sales team if required.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM entries with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support when necessary.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share feedback and insights from customer interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
