Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as an Inside Sales Executive at D'Mak Energia, a leading manufacturer, wholesaler, exporter, and trader of a wide range of Power Distribution Panel, Electric Control Panel, APFC Panel, Automation Panels, LED Street Lights, etc. Your role will involve interacting with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to persuade them to purchase the company's products and services. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, creating suitable quotes, and processing purchase orders. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats - Persuade customers to purchase company's products and services - Generate qualified leads - Create suitable quotes for customers - Process purchase orders efficiently Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a team - Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies Please note that the salary for this full-time position ranges from 8,000.00 to 15,000.00 per month, and the work schedule is in the morning shift.
