As we venture into the future of immersive experiences, we are on the lookout for a rockstar inside sales coordinator to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As a Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind generating leads, nurturing them and converting them to a deal. You will work closely with our leadership and business team to bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for gaming to elevate our growth in the digital space. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential leads within the multiple industries that embrace immersive technology, proactively driving interest in our platform. Build and manage sales pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication to nurture prospects effectively. Conduct product demos, highlight platform benefits, and address any questions to ensure a clear understanding of how our solutions meet client needs. Develop and implement sales strategies to convert qualified leads into successful partnerships and revenue. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to stay informed on product updates, campaign materials, and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness. Keep accurate and updated records of all client interactions, sales activity, and leads in CRM tools. Attend virtual industry events, webinars, and meetings to strengthen professional connections and expand the company’s network. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven inside sales or sales development experience, ideally within the gaming, tech, or entertainment sectors. Strong understanding of the gaming and immersive experiences market. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building rapport over digital platforms. Goal-oriented and results-driven, with an ability to think creatively and overcome challenges. Proficiency with CRM tools and Office communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
