Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Knowledge: Expertise to understand market dynamics, customer behaviors, and digital marketing trends to drive successful lead conversions. Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with IPCs (International Property Consultants) and aggregators to maximize business opportunities and expand market reach. Sales Target Achievement: Drive team performance by setting and achieving targets for VO (Virtual Office) with and without seats & meeting room requirements. Ensure branch and digital marketing leads are effectively converted. Lead Evaluation and Conversion: Evaluate leads generated through digital marketing efforts, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion in alignment with the set targets. Closing Sales: Collaborate with your team to close deals as per the company's sales targets, and ensure smooth execution of the sales process. Collaboration with Marketing Team: Regularly meet with the marketing team to align on strategies, review performance metrics, and coordinate on marketing collateral development to support lead generation and sales efforts. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at increasing lead conversion and optimizing the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts in collaboration with the marketing team.
