More about the role:

Burson India is seeking an

Inside Sales Executive

for our

Gurugram

office. The role involves pre-sales activities, client servicing, new business development, collections, and the generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

What youll do:

  • Lead generation.
  • Processing timely inbound enquiries.
  • Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking performance and targets.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date client and lead database in CRM tools.

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 0-1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or tele-sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
