Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
• Acquire and manage leads and customer contracts.
• Conduct inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone calls, emails, social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
• Provide personalized counseling and customer experience at the clinic or through home-service visits.
• Follow up on sales inquiries from websites, chats, emails, and social platforms.
• Advise customers on suitable products and services based on their needs.
• Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling.
• Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement countermeasures to achieve team targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, PR, and operations) for seamless execution.
• Participate in sales, marketing, and promotional activities to increase customer reach.
• Be open to taking on extended responsibilities as part of a growing start-up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of

  3 years’ experience

  in business-to-consumer (B2C) or D2C inbound/outbound sales.
• Prior experience in

  inside sales

  roles, preferably in

  startups, healthcare companies, or clinics

  .
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in

  English, Hindi, and Telugu

  (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer counseling skills.
• Comfortable with technology and experience using

  CRM software

  (preferred).
• Must have own

  computer and reliable internet access

  .
• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks beyond core responsibilities.
• Experience in

  EdTech firms (e.g., Byju’s)

  or

  call center sales

  will be an added advantage.
