Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an inside sales executive, located in Chennai (Velachery). The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, responding to customer enquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential customers, presenting Biocosmix products, and closing sales to meet targets. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing the deal.
• Understand customer needs and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team for overall performance.
• Stay updated with the company products and industry trends.
• Prospect customers through cold calling and emails.

Requirement:

• Degrees: B.Com, B.E. Agri, BSc Agri.
• Experience: 0-2 years.
• Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada
• Communication skills: verbal and written.
• Target-orientated month-end closing.
• Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
