Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

🌱 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to engage with retailers, distributors, and potential clients
• Promote Biocosmix’s innovative products and solutions
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Report field activities and market insights to the team

🕘 Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Employment Terms:

• 3-month probation and training period

📍 Location:

Chennai (includes local/regional travel for field visits)

✅ Candidate Profile:

• A degree in

  BSc/BTech Agriculture, Horticulture, or similar

  is preferred
• Experience in agri-input/field sales is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with local travel
• Knowledge of

  regional languages

  like

  Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, or Malayalam

  is highly desirable
