Role Overview:We are hiring Inside Sales Executives who are passionate about sales over calls, managing inbound leads (especially via IndiaMART), and driving conversions through relationship-building and follow-ups. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and are target-driven — we want you on our team. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective B2B and retail customers. Manage and convert IndiaMART and other portal leads into confirmed sales. Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and ensure timely communication. Create quotations, respond to customer inquiries, and handle order closures. Maintain CRM data and daily lead updates accurately. Drive revenue targets with a focus on incentive-based performance. Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth deliveries. Provide product details, offers, and technical specs to clients confidently.
