Inside Sales Executive

• Contact potential B2B and B2C customers via phone, email, and chat to generate leads and close sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing products.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Respond to inquiries, send quotations, and follow up for conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or retail fashion sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
