- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to generate leads and increase sales.- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote customer loyalty.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics.- Track and manage sales activities using CRM software, maintaining accurate records of interactions and leads.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
