Role Overview

Inside Sales Strategist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound and warm leads generated through digital platforms, referrals, and campaigns
  • Strategize inside sales workflows for residential and commercial on-grid solar solutions
  • Understand customer energy requirements and recommend optimized solar system configurations
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams for accurate proposals and execution planning
  • Maintain structured follow-ups and update all interactions in CRM systems
  • Analyze lead quality, customer objections, and conversion metrics to improve performance
  • Support management with sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline insights
  • Ensure a professional, consultative, and ethical sales approach at all times

Eligibility Criteria

  • Mandatory qualification:

    B.Tech degree

    in any engineering discipline
  • MBA students or graduates may apply

    only if

    they have completed B.Tech
  • Strong communication, logical reasoning, and customer engagement skills
  • Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and technology-driven sales roles
  • Freshers with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply; prior inside sales experience is an advantage

  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
  • Consultative selling and structured objection handling
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms

  • Professional phone etiquette and follow-up discipline

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Salary:

    Up to INR 3,00,000 per annum
  • Performance Variable:

    Up to INR 1,00,000 per annum based on defined performance metrics
