Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Manage the full inside sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and CRM updates.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion.
  • Track and update all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts to sales management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of inside sales or telesales experience, preferably within IT infrastructure/services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
