Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective customers.
Manage the full inside sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and CRM updates.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion.
Track and update all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide timely and accurate forecasts to sales management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2–3 years of inside sales or telesales experience, preferably within IT infrastructure/services
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle objections and manage customer expectations effectively.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
