Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proposal preparation, lead management, customer follow-ups, and tender-related activities. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills to support our sales team and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to customers.

Manage and update sales leads in CRM/sheets, ensuring proper tracking and closure.

Conduct timely follow-ups with customers for inquiries, quotations, and order updates.

Maintain strong customer relations and provide pre/post-sales support.

Handle tender documentation and filing, including Government e-Marketplace (GeM).

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth execution of orders.

Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and other documentation as required.

Support marketing activities such as email campaigns, webinars, and events.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales support, or a related role (Freshers with strong skills can also apply).

Good understanding of sales processes, customer interaction, and documentation.

Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English and Hindi/Regional language.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM is a plus.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with good coordination skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of tenders and GeM portal will be an added advantage.
