Inside Sales Associate- Telegu & Tamil

We are seeking experienced, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by leveraging inbound leads. This entails nurturing and converting leads into clients, establishing robust client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming leads from various channels. Initiate timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline. Guide leads through the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information. Develop a comprehensive understanding of myHQ's offerings. Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions. Utilize a consultative sales approach to align our solutions with the identified needs of leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, ensuring a positive experience. Provide ongoing support to leads, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the decision-making process. Gather feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our virtual office solutions. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progression in the CRM. Analyze data to optimize the lead nurturing and conversion process. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve the overall lead management process. Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications / Experience We Require: 1-4 years proven work experience in inside sales via lead management and conversion. Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Preferably, good knowledge and experience working on a CRM. Humble, hardworking, and enthusiastic to make an impact. Fluency in Telugu and Tamil. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or any other field is preferred. Location: Noida,
