Inside Sales Associate

You will be working as a Pre-Sales Associate / Inside Sales Associate at D-Vivid Consultant, a leading overseas education consultant based in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad. Your main responsibility will be to connect with students and parents, provide accurate information about overseas education opportunities, and generate walk-ins to the branches. Here are the key responsibilities for this role: - Make outbound calls to students & parents to explore overseas education opportunities. - Present and explain services, study programs, and processes over the phone. - Schedule counseling appointments and encourage office visits. - Manage leads effectively using CRM tools. - Follow up with prospects to support conversions into successful enrollments. - Work closely with the sales & counseling team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Qualifications required for this position are: - 1+ year experience in BPO, call centers, contact centers, telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred. - Freshers with excellent spoken communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English and a passion for building a career in sales are encouraged to apply. - Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. - Personal attributes needed include being goal-oriented, polite, persistent, and customer-focused. - Prior exposure to EdTech / Overseas Education industry is a plus.
