Inside Sales Associate

Core Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the District Sales Manager (DSM) to review the territory landscape, open opportunities, service needs, and administrative priorities

2. Send introductory communication to customers in assigned territories, positioning yourself as their interim sales representative.

Serve as the main point of contact for all customer needs during the transition period.
3. Review and progress all open opportunities within the territory. Engage with customers to understand needs, recommend solutions, and move deals forward. Partner with the DSM or local branch teams to advance opportunities requiring additional support.4. Provide end-to-end administrative support across accounts, including:Processing invoice requests and PO changes. Managing credits or credits rebill requests. Executing service order changes and account updates.Responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests.5. Sales Growth (Cross-Sell / Upsell)-Analyse customer accounts and business verticals to identify unmet needs. Proactively recommend relevant products or services. Present tailored solutions to expand account value and drive growth.6. Conduct regular weekly or bi-weekly calls with the DSM to review:Open opportunities, Customer issues, and administrative updates.7. Review outstanding opportunities, services, and administrative items

• What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in International Voice Sales
• Experience in change management & stakeholder management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets
