Role & responsibilities

New client acquisition by calling on assigned database for Permanent Recruitment Services
Ensure that at least 5 new accounts are signed up every month
Achieve goals in revenue terms and new client acquisition
Manages and generates database of Talent Acquisition fraternity
Reach out to CHROs, Head of Talent Acquisition and gets meetings for Business Head
Ensure that every client signed also gives mandates and coordinate initial delivery and handover to operations team
