Job Description

Role Overview: As an Innovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing critical, multi-domain innovation projects, providing strategic direction, and aligning with diverse partners to drive the organization forward. You will work under limited supervision and lead complex projects while creating synergy across disciplines to maximize impact on strategic objectives. Your role will involve developing a deep understanding of PMBok and SAFe methodologies, serving as a coach, and utilizing advanced planning techniques for efficient project execution. Additionally, you will foster an entrepreneurial environment for organizational benefits, lead with a customer-centric mindset, contribute to policy development, and assess project risks. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate a portfolio of multi-site (agile) projects across disciplines, managing dependencies and creating synergy to maximize collective impact on the organization's strategic objectives. - Execute critical, multi-domain innovation projects, providing clear strategic direction and ensuring alignment with diverse internal and external partners to drive the organization forward. - Prepare and implement complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon specifications, timelines, budgets, staffing, and strategic realization of a single end-to-end process. - Develop a deep understanding and consistently apply PMBok and SAFe methodologies, serving as a coach and resource while utilizing advanced planning techniques for efficient project execution. - Lead with a customer-centric mindset throughout the project lifecycle, actively incorporating customer feedback to ensure solutions effectively address identified needs. - Identify and assess project risks and opportunities, develop robust mitigation strategies, and foster a culture of thoughtful risk-taking with escalation to senior management when necessary. - Utilize advanced analytical skills to address high complexity requests efficiently, develop innovative solutions and strategies, and negotiate agreement on project goals and objectives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or equivalent. - Minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 5 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Innovation Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
