As a manager for in ation team typically oversees the management and support of end-user computing environments within an organization. We are seeking a skilled manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candi will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining end-user computing solutions, RPA project management, governance itoring and support. This role will drive transformation through technology, process optimization, and structured in ation, while ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management, and regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
Business Function
EQ India Operations team work closely with the EQ Group functions across UK, US and Amsterdam to provide operations support to Shareholder Solutions, Retirement Solutions, Investment Services, Employee Benefit Solutions, Customer Experience Centre, Reconciliations, and In ation. This service is delivered from our offices in India based out of Chennai and Bangalore.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of in ation across EQ India by identifying emerging technologies and process improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional in ation projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with global teams to scale successful in ations across geographies.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for in ation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR, ISO and other relevant compliance standards.
- itor project risks, controls, and audit requirements, ensuring timely mitigation and reporting.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track in ation ROI and governance effectiveness.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of EUC solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Manage all EUC-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within required KPIs.
- Plan and execute EUC projects, coordinating with other operations and IT teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee the delivery of EUC services, ensuring high availability, performance, and user isfaction.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support for existing and new end user computing applications and technologies.
- Stay up with the latest EUC technologies and trends, recommending improvements and in ations.
- Manage relationships with peer and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and effectiveness of the deliverables.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance EUC services and align them with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business, technology, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Present in ation roadmaps, project up , and governance metrics to senior leadership.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to build in ation capabilities across teams.
Competencies and Experience
- Bachelor s degree or master s in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Required 12+ years of experience as an application development and project management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC principles and release management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience in strategic initiative planning & execution.
- Proficiency required in following technologies; RPA, Python, SQL, Macro-VBA, .Net, and Offcie365 apps.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office and advance excel applications.
- Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps.
