Job Title: Injection Moulding EngineerJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Engineer to manage and optimize injection moulding processes for manufacturing LED components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mould setup, process optimization, quality control, and troubleshooting to ensure high productivity and consistent product quality. This role will require the engineer to have vertical and horizontal moulding machine knowledge, and will majorly require him/her to:

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize injection moulding machines for production
• Develop and maintain process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, cooling, etc.)
• Troubleshoot moulding defects and assist in the set up of our factory.
• Coordinate with tool room / mould makers for mould trials, corrections, and maintenance
• Conduct new mould trials and support product development and mass production ramp-up
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, drawings, and specifications
• Reduce scrap, cycle time, and improve productivity through process improvements
• Monitor machine performance and ensure preventive maintenance is followed
• Work closely with production, quality, and design teams
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards
• Develop and engineer improvements in injection molding processes at our manufacturing unit.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Plastics, or Production Engineering
• Proven experience in Injection Moulding machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Hands-on experience in process optimization and defect analysis
• Familiarity with quality tools and basic SPC
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Experience

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in injection moulding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
