Position Title: Engineer

Department: injection moulding

Reports To: Dy Manager / Senior Management

Location: Thiruvandarkoil,Pondicherry

Experience : 5 – 10 Years

Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring that organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves monitoring performance, maintaining quality standards, handling employee concerns, and ensuring smooth workflow within the team or department.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks.

Assign and schedule work to ensure coverage and productivity.

Performance Management:

Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or feedback.

Operational Oversight:

Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Address issues or delays quickly to minimize operational impact.

Communication:

Act as a link between staff and management.

Communicate changes in policies, procedures, or expectations.

Prepare and submit reports as needed.

Problem Solving:

Resolve conflicts or concerns from team members or customers.

Assist in developing solutions to improve processes and workflow.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain records such as attendance, performance, and inventory.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Support hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions when required.

Qualifications

Diploma from CIPET ( Injection Moulding Related

Diploma or equivalent with Injection moulding Knowledge; additional certifications are an advantage.
