Injection Moulding Engineer

As a Molding Engineer at our company in Moraiya, Ahmedabad, your main responsibilities will include: - **Process Optimization:** Develop, monitor, and enhance injection molding processes to increase productivity and minimize waste. - **Mold Management:** Collaborate with the Mold maintenance team and vendors for mold corrections, modifications, and maintenance. - **Machine Setup & Troubleshooting:** Set up molding machines, process, and auxiliary equipment; identify and resolve process-related issues. - **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that molded products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and testing. - **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of process parameters, production output, and maintenance activities. - **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. - **Safety & Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma or graduation in Plastic Engineering (CIPET or Indo German is mandatory). - Experience of 3-5 years in a similar role. - Experience with automated molding systems and robotics. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. - Understanding of thermoplastics and thermosetting polymers. You would be preferred if you have experience in the toy industry with automated molding systems and robotics.,
