Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician with over 2 years of experience to oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge of thermoplastics, mold changes, and the ability to troubleshoot molding issues effectively to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Responsibilities: - Setting up and initiating injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. - Executing mold changes and machine adjustments according to production requirements. - Monitoring and adjusting process parameters to uphold part quality standards. - Identifying and resolving machine, mold, and quality issues to minimize downtime. - Conducting inspections and maintaining accurate documentation. - Collaborating with quality and maintenance teams to address any arising issues. - Adhering to safety, environmental, and company protocols. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is advantageous. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in injection molding operations. - Proficient understanding of thermoplastics, molding defects, and process controls. - Capability to interpret blueprints and utilize measuring tools effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts or rotational shifts, and the work location is on-site.,

Hiring Injection Molding with 2–3 years’ experience. Qualification: CIPET/Diploma/BE. Must understand injection molding process parameters. Preference for candidates with expertise in scientific molding and process optimization.
