Infrastructure Manager

The Infrastructure Manager at Mountstribe Agritech will be responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of various infrastructure projects including aquaponics farms, retreat spaces, cold-chain logistics, and rural tech facilities at the flagship farm and retreat hub in Shrikot, Nainbagh, Tehri, Uttarakhand. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure development of aquaponics farms, water systems, and tech-enabled farming units. - Coordinate civil works, electrical layouts, IoT hardware installations, and structural designs. - Work closely with the farm operations, R&D, and retreat teams to ensure infrastructural support for both agriculture and hospitality verticals. - Oversee vendors, contractors, budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards. - Implement energy-efficient and eco-friendly infrastructure solutions aligned with Mountstribe's vision. - Supervise rural labor teams, resolve on-ground issues, and provide timely reporting. Who You Are: - B.Tech/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Infrastructure Engineering or relevant field. - 3-6 years of experience in rural infrastructure development, preferably in agri-tech, cold chains, or farm operations. - Strong project management and leadership skills. - Experience in working in hilly/rural terrains is a big plus. - Passionate about sustainability, rural impact, and innovation.
