Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement a territory-specific strategy to drive sales and engagement across all three verticals (DGV PAY, DGV Money, DGV Connect). - Monitor and report sales performance and key metrics to the State Head. - Ensure targets for Gross Transaction Value (GTV), loan disbursements, and farmer engagement are met or exceeded. Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Dairy Federations, banking partners, FPOs, and milk co-operative societies. - Act as a representative of DGV at the ground level, providing feedback and insights to senior management.
