The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing farm operations, managing irrigation systems, ensuring proper farm management practices, and overseeing poultry care. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Agriculture, Agri Business Management, Agronomy, Economics, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. Additionally, a minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or rural development is required. Candidates with experience in working with FPCs/FPOs or cooperatives and knowledge of Company Act 2013, agricultural practices, value chains, and market dynamics will be preferred. Key skills for this role include excellent communication, management, team building, and farm operations skills.
