Infrastructure Executive

Role & responsibilities

Location Surveys:

Conduct detailed site surveys to evaluate feasibility for deploying EV swapping stations.

Analyze location-specific challenges and provide actionable insights for deployment plans.

Government Agency Coordination:

Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary approvals, permissions, and NOCs.

Act as the primary point of contact for addressing queries and resolving on-ground challenges.

Agreement Execution:

Draft, review, and execute agreements with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Communication:

Draft letters, proposals, and official communications for government and private partners.

Maintain accurate records of site documentation, agreements, and approvals.

Project Execution:

Oversee the deployment of swapping stations from initiation to completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, for timely execution.

Monitor project progress and resolve any bottlenecks with partners or internal teams.

Partner Onboarding and Relationship Management:

Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with B2B entities and private firms.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and project success.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in infrastructure project execution.

Experience working with government/B2B agencies or managing government projects is highly desirable.

Candidates with B2B relationship management experience, including partner onboarding and end-to-end project execution, will also be considered.

Skills:

Proficiency in location surveys and feasibility analysis.

Understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of agreement execution.

Drafting and communication skills for preparing letters and official documents.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage tight deadlines.
