Total Experience: 6+ years

Mode: 5 days work from office

Notice Period: immediate to Less than 30 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

6+ years of relevant experience in VxRail and converged technologies
Candidate has experience working with VxRail,
VMware, Nutanix, NSX-T, and Hyper-V environments.
Hands-on experience in VxBlock / vBlock/ UCS / CISCO FiberConnect/ Virtulization
Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrates proficiency across hardware, software, and operating system environments.
Shows strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Possesses solid knowledge of the technical aspects of hardware and software.
Displays strong customer service skills in all interactions.
Applies effective problem-solving abilities to resolve issues.
Maintains good organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
Participates in 24x7x365 shift coverage as required.
Leads end-to-end service delivery to meet contract specifications and customer expectations.
Builds and maintains strong client relationships while managing escalations.
Coordinates with technical teams, tracks performance, and drives continuous improvement.
Identifies opportunities for service enhancement and overall growth.
