As a Senior Engineer in Service Delivery at Dell Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive world-class support for their technical solutions. This role will require you to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment, covering weekends and weekdays. To excel in this role, you should have 5-9 years of experience in remote IT infrastructure support for global enterprise clients, with expertise in Vblock, VxRail, and MX Compute. Additionally, strong experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, SRM, VSAN, and NSX V/T is essential. Exposure to VMware Cloud foundation technologies on Dell Platforms, hands-on experience in SDDC environment, and knowledge of PowerEdge and Power scale are also required. You should be an expert in managing end-to-end infrastructure and IT management for Converged/HCI, Storage, Cloud Applications, Platform Infrastructure, and Data Protection.
