Position Description:
Role Description: The Edge OpenShift Engineer would need to have at least 3 years of relavant experience on OpenShift cluster build, administration and well versed with Infra automation, Observability tools. In this role, you will primarily focus on building OpenShift Virtualisation(OSV) clusters, administering and supporting the OpenShift Container Platform at Ford’s Edge locations (on premise). This includes building out the Clusters, managing container tenant provisioning, isolation, and capacity. You will work directly with infrastructure as code-based automation to build and manage the capacity of the overall platform and deliver new capacity and capabilities as necessary. Having a strong background in OpenShift container platform, OSV, Virtualization, networking, and security will be required in successfully fulfilling this role; Additionally, understanding application development lifecycles as well practical experience in working with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools as part of the container lifecycle will be useful. - Expertise with the RedHat OpenShift Container/Virtualization Platform. - Expertise with Kubernetes. - Experience in Infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and Operation support -Must have hands-on experience on Infra As a Code (IAC) scripting language: Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python, Node JS, Powershell, YML - Mandatory Experience on Network, Storage configuration on setting up cluster -Experience on Observability tools - Dynatrace, Grafana, RHACM - Expertise working with Docker or similar container technologies. -Must have exposure on Tekton CI-CD tool with pipeline creation

NetApp Controllers, VMware ESX Servers, Node.js, Linux - Clusters
Experience Required:
Min 3 years of relavant experience on building and managing OpenShift container and virtualization platforms. Over all Experience 6+ years. Hands on IaC skill on developing automation scripts on Terraform, Ansible, YML, Bash, Phython, Node.js, Tekton/Jenkin
Experience Preferred:
- Experience on Network, Storage configuration on setting up cluster -Experience on Observability tools - Dynatrace, Grafana, RHACM, Splunk -Provides L2 engineering support
