Role Overview: Expedia Group brands power global travel for everyone, everywhere by designing cutting-edge tech to make travel smoother and more memorable. As an Infrastructure and Enterprise Engineer II at Expedia Group Security Engineering & Technology Operations team, you will play a crucial role in responding to and resolving major service impacting events in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the resolution of major incidents to achieve the quickest possible service restoration - Collaborate with operational and development support teams, business partners, and customers to achieve goals and drive improvement - Help repair impacted services directly when opportunities exist - Serve as the first level of escalation for issues in the Expedia Group production environment - Maintain high availability for multiple online travel websites by leveraging monitoring and support tools - Develop internal tools and process improvements in both proactive and reactive settings - Provide timely communication to internal stakeholders and external partners via outage notifications - Stay current with standard e-commerce and travel industry technology - Troubleshoot and triage complex technical issues across multiple teams and areas of responsibility - Collaborate with global teammates and technical teams to bring together critical incident details and post-incident action items - Be a phenomenal teammate, sharing data, insight, and analysis to drive improvements Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent demonstrated IT work experience - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Engineering roles - Experience with Okta, ISC frameworks, PKI infrastructure, SSL/TLS, and certificate management best practices - Ability to troubleshoot large, complex systems with an eCommerce emphasis - Experience with Microsoft Server OS versions, Linux Operating systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Familiarity with secrets management tools, IAM governance tools, and monitoring fundamentals - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills (Note: Additional details of the company were not present in the job description provided),
