About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detailed professional to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As an Associate in IAM Governance & Administration Team. The candidate will support in our audit activities, handling access attestations, and monitoring IAM controls. This position is vital to ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while continuously improving our security posture. Key Responsibilities: Audit Support & Compliance Respond to internal and external audit queries related to IAM processes. Prepare and maintain audit documentation and evidence. Collaborate with audit teams to address findings and implement corrective actions. Access Reviews & Attestations Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure alignment with access policies. Coordinate with business units to validate user roles and entitlements. Maintain comprehensive records of attestation activities and report compliance metrics. IAM Process Monitoring Supervise the efficiency of IAM controls and report deviations. Support the implementation of control improvements to mitigate risks. Policy & Procedure Management Assist in developing and updating IAM governance policies and procedures. Ensure documentation remains current and aligned with regulatory standards. Continuous Improvement Find opportunities to streamline IAM governance processes. Recommend and implement standard processes to improve security and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Experience in IAM governance, audit support, or access management. Solid grasp of IAM principles, frameworks, and best practices. Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or similar. You are a skilled CyberSecurity Business Analyst specializing in IAM & Secrets Management, sought to join a dynamic cybersecurity team. Your primary responsibility will be managing and enhancing Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls with a major focus on Secrets Management, access governance, and compliance reporting within a highly regulated environment. Your key responsibilities will include defining and enhancing secrets management controls across machine-to-machine authentication systems, supporting IAM operations by maintaining access governance for credentials, keys, and tokens, and providing subject matter expertise on secrets and credential management tools and best practices. Design and manage enterprise identity solutions using Azure AD. Implement and automate MFA, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, secure APIs, and compliance policies. Troubleshoot IAM issues and support identity lifecycle management. Required Candidate profile IAM expert with experience in Azure AD, SSO, OAuth, RBAC, and PowerShell. Strong knowledge of identity governance, automation, and authentication protocols.
