Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

15 years full time educationJD for Level 11 – DevOps Automation Engineer (Analyst Level) Job Title: Analyst (DevOps) Automation Engineer Summary: As a DevOps Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for automating routine infrastructure tasks and maintaining stable environments using scripting and configuration management tools. You will contribute to automation initiatives, support Linux-based systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable deployments. This role will provide a strong foundation in DevOps practices with hands-on exposure to key tools and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible,Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
Implement Ansible playbooks for repetitive manual task for different teams, healthcheck reports, routine patching and configuration.
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Automate task by developing scripts using Python, Shell, and PowerShell & integrate with ServiceNow workflow for auto-resolution, and Service Request.
Document technical processes and contribute to standard operating procedures.
Participate in code reviews and cross-team knowledge sharing.
Work closely with senior team members to learn and grow automation capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: o Hands-on experience with Ansible and scripting in Python/Shell/PowerShell. o Basic understanding of Linux administration and operating system internals.
Good To Have Skills: o Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or any CI/CD platform, ServiceNow o Exposure to ITSM processes and infrastructure support. Additional Information:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure automation.
Location: Noida office (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available).
15 years full-time education is mandatory.
Certifications in ansible, Linux or Python are a plus.
