Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As a migration support analyst, you will focus on ensuring smooth transitions of data and systems, during M365 tenant to tenant migration. This role involves analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maximize migration rates and manage tracking and governance data points during migrations and the readiness phases. Roles & Responsibilities: • Analyze, cleanse, and transform data for successful migration. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues. • Maintain clear documentation of migration processes. • Monitor progress and share timely updates with stakeholders. • Identify and implement process improvements. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout migration. • Provide technical support during and post-migration. • Analyze data patterns and troubleshoot quality issues in M365 suite. Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders. • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements. • Proficient with migration tools, scripting languages, and databases. • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. • Adaptable to shifting priorities and migration requirements. Additional Information The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. This position is based at our Jaipur office. A 15-year full time education is required.
