Infra Project Manager

As a Project Manager, your role will involve the end-to-end delivery of customer Application Development. You will be responsible for coordinating Design Consultancy requests for Network and Infrastructure, as well as implementing Service Design and Service Operations for new IT services across ETS and our BTGs. You will support a Senior Project Manager in the new office building implementation and refurbishment, and assist in the delivery and occasional management of the deployment of new network and infrastructure services by ETS on behalf of the BTGs and ETS. Key Responsibilities: - Agree and deliver plans for projects, including activities, resources, costs, roles, and risk responsibilities, in line with the IT Project Management Methodology (ADF) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). - Manage changes to project/programme scope for small/sub projects, ensuring all impacts and changes are approved and communicated to stakeholders. - Manage relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to project objectives. - Assist in managing project/programme budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status reporting. - Identify and assist with effective risk & issue management, escalating risks and issues as necessary. - Ensure adherence to all standards, including ADF, SAFe, quality, compliance, technical capabilities, and best practices. - Support senior colleagues in developing project management capabilities and promoting best practices.
