Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Facilities Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations:

    Includes building maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and ensuring the general upkeep of all bank premises.
  • Manage mechanical and electrical systems:

    Ensure the optimal functionality and maintenance of systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Vendor Management:

    Handle contracts and service agreements for third-party services such as housekeeping, security, and other facility-related vendors.
  • Project Management:

    Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and infrastructure projects.
  • Office Space Planning:

    Coordinate office space arrangements, seating plans, and ensure workplace ergonomics are maintained.
  • Emergency & Disaster Management:

    Handle emergency situations, implement and test disaster recovery plans for facilities.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:

    Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for facility operations, implementing cost-saving initiatives where possible.
