Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor large teams (80+ members).
• Oversee support operations across multiple channels.
• Handle client relationships and escalations.
• Monitor KPIs and improve team performance.
• Drive process improvements and compliance.

Requirements:

• 812 years in customer support (chat, voice, semi-support).
• Experience managing large teams directly/indirectly.
• Strong client management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in performance management and CRM tools

Preferred: 8 to 12 years of experience in International voice process role
